How a Southeast Toyota Dealership Saw a 91% Reduction in Service Cost-Per-Lead With Performance Max.

 

The Customer

A large and well-known Southeast Toyota dealership that provides customers with new Toyotas, used vehicles, CPO Toyotas, & service repairs.

The Challenge

This Toyota dealership needed help growing their vehicle repair department by getting more service leads.

The Solution

The client already had service ads on both Google & Meta, as well as various ad types and targeting. I decided to test Performance Max in Google as a solution to their problem since it is excellent at driving store visits. Store visits are a great lead type for service customers. I continued running their original ads as well, such as ads on display & search networks. Performance Max has the added benefit of running on multiple networks all over Google & YouTube.

The Results

204% increase in store visits

91% reduction in cost-per-lead

*Regular Search ended up spending $2500, whereas Performance Max only spent $1000 to get this increase in store visits.

How a Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Company Had a 37% Increase in Leads by Utilizing Retargeting for Meta Messenger Ads.

 

The Customer

A fifth generation family owned kitchen & bathroom remodeling company in Upstate NY.

The Challenge

The client’s previous ad agency was not utilizing retargeting in their paid ads strategy, which was causing them to miss out on lead generating opportunities.

The Solution

The client was very well known with a great reputation and social media following from being established for so long. They were very responsive to inquiries through Meta, so I created messenger ads for them and added retargeting the following month. It became the client’s favorite lead type and generated the most opportunities for them in their ad account. Without retargeting, there would have been a large miss in leads and messaging conversations started.

The Results

How a Luxury Car Dealer Saw 398% More Ad Impressions With a Custom Video Thumbnail vs Meta’s Automatic Thumbnail.

 

The Customer

A luxury car dealer in NY who specializes in restoring classic vehicles for US customers.

The Challenge

We wanted to test and see if Meta’s automatic thumbnail of a dark vehicle would work as well as our own custom video thumbnail that features a person in the image.

The Solution

We created three ad versions for both the automatic thumbnail and the custom thumbnail. Each of the three ads targeted different audiences (interest targeting, retargeting, & lookalike) so that we could also see if the audience type would change the outcome. The custom thumbnail featuring a person with the vehicle was the clear winner for all audience types. People prefer to see a person in the ad and Meta also prefers showing the ads with a person in the image.
